Beth Moshe Teens - It's where you want to be

Beth Moshe Teens is the youth organization for Beth Moshe Congregation. Our group is lead by Sheila Harkatz.

Chessed - "Make a Decision to Make a Difference: the Mitzvah of Tzedakah."

The Chessed Foundation responds to hundreds of requests for assistance every year. Thanks to the generosity of our congregation and the community, we have expanded our program to include additional nursing homes and retirement facilities.

The Chessed Foundation relies on money generated through Tzedakah. Tzedakah is a mitzvah, a commandment given by G-d. It is not only a praiseworthy act, but an obligation to share one's personal wealth. The monies (Ma'ot hittin) collected each year before Passover serve the needs of the less fortunate in our community throughout the year.

Ways to Give - "The world rests on three things: Torah, worship and the performance of good deeds." - Pirkei Avot 1:2
